Receita base para óleo aromático (aprox. 400 ml – ingredientes biológicos)

 Ingredientes (biológicos recomendados)

  • 350 ml de óleo base (ex.: óleo de amêndoas, jojoba ou girassol)
  • 50 ml de álcool (para melhor difusão do aroma)
  • 20–30 gotas de óleos essenciais à escolha
  • varetas aromáticas (madeira ou rattan)

 

 

 

 

 Preparação

  1. Coloque o óleo base num recipiente limpo.
  2. Adicione o álcool e misture bem.
  3. Acrescente os óleos essenciais conforme desejado.
  4. Verta a mistura no difusor.
  5. Insira as varetas e deixe que absorvam o líquido.
  6. Vire as varetas regularmente para intensificar o aroma.
