Receta básica para elaborar aceite aromático (aprox. 400 ml – ingredientes ecológicos)

 Ingredientes (ecológicos recomendados)

  • 350 ml de aceite base (por ejemplo, aceite de almendra, jojoba o girasol)
  • 50 ml de alcohol (para mejorar la difusión del aroma)
  • 20–30 gotas de aceites esenciales al gusto
  • varillas aromáticas de madera o ratán

 

 

 

 

 Preparación

  1. Verter el aceite base en un recipiente limpio.
  2. Añadir el alcohol y mezclar bien.
  3. Incorporar los aceites esenciales según preferencia.
  4. Verter la mezcla en el porta varillas.
  5. Introducir las varillas y dejar que absorban el líquido.
  6. Girar las varillas regularmente para intensificar el aroma.

  • Lavanda y vainilla: relajante y calmante
  • Limón y naranja: fresco y estimulante
  • Eucalipto y menta: refrescante y purificante
